Decorate Your Erasers

March 21, 2012 by Rachel 7 Comments

This was a really fun and simple project. I am very happy with how it turned out.

All you need is scrapbook paper, glue or mod podge, scissors, and of course erasers.
I love these Pentel Hi-Polymer Block Erasers.

1. Choose the scrapbook paper you want to use. I found that thin paper worked much better than card stock. Cut a strip of paper to the exact length of the eraser cover.

2. Glue one end (I used mod podge and it worked very well) to the edge of the existing eraser cover. Fold the paper carefully at each edge before you glue the rest of the paper. Trim the paper so that it folds back over the first edge.

3. Brush on a light layer of mod podge around the entire eraser cover. Press and smooth and wipe off any excess glue.

4. Let the covers dry and put them back on the erasers.
