I made some clay conversation hearts, or candy hearts. I made them at first to be fridge magnets, but then I also turned a few into necklaces.
What you need:
1. Polymer clay (I used Sculpey for this project because it is a little softer and easier to stamp)
2. A heart shaped cookie cutter
3. Uppercase letter stamps
4. Red stamp ink
5. (Small Jewelry Bails
and chain for necklace)
*Make sure that your letter stamps are the right size for your cookie cutter. I used a smaller cookie cutter that is about 1.5 inches wide.
These hearts make such cute necklaces. You could even make one with your name, or with an inside joke to give a friend. There are a few different ways to turn these into necklaces. The easiest way is to attach them to some sort of Small Jewelry Bails
with epoxy glue.
