Lets Make a Mess

A Big Little Announcement

September 26, 2013 by Rachel 10 Comments

I’m excited to announce that our family of four will be a family of five this March!

I’m just about at the end of my first trimester, and it hasn’t been too easy. I’ve been nauseous and so extremely tired every day, and it has been a challenge just taking care of my sweet kids, Benjamin (4) and Lyla (2). So, as you may have noticed, I’ve been a little light on blog posts and projects lately.

Hopefully, as I head into my second trimester, I’ll get some energy back, and the computer won’t make me dizzy and sick anymore and I’ll be able to get back to my regular schedule of creating and posting. I have a lot of fun things planned for the upcoming holidays!

What about you? Have any of you had trouble keeping up with projects and posts because you were pregnant? Any tips on how to find the time and energy to keep up with everything?

I’ll definitely be posting more baby related projects and posts, from round-ups, to cute DIY baby gifts, to new baby advice over the next few months, starting with a collection of creative ways to announce you are expecting.
