I have an exciting announcement that I’ve shared on Instagram, but I’m just now sharing here on my blog. I’ve started contributing for Oriental Trading Company’s blog. Twice a month I’ll be coming up with a tutorial with some of their fun products (like this tutorial on how to paint watercolor ice cream cones). And who knew they had so many awesome things like a great selection of quality art supplies.
I had so much fun painting these watercolor pineapples that I decided to turn them into a pattern. I know pineapples are so perfect for summer, but I love them all year round. You can also use it as a background or wallpaper on any android
If you follow me on Instagram or Snapchat, you know how much I love watercolors. Plus there are so many great possibilities of words you could spell out for any special occasion or party.
Thanks Goldfish® Crackers for sponsoring this post. My kids have already been out of school for a week and a half, and I have really been looking forward to summer this year. I want our summer to be full of aimless little adventures. One of our favorite activities is to go outside for a walk, or to the park, and look for beautiful leaves and things. Of course any good
Have you ever made candles before? I never had, but something about melting wax has always been appealing. So when this month’s Michael’s Makers Challenge was to try something new, I knew I wanted to attempt to make candles. It’s funny because for last month’s challenge, I made an ombre candle holder and this month I made DIY ombre candles. It was actually quite an adventure. Making candles was actually
If you follow along on Instagram, you probably heard that I’ve started a new newsletter. Instead of automatically sending out email updates to subscribers when a new post is published, I’ve started gathering together all of the posts and updates of the week into one fun email. Plus, each and every week the newsletter will include a brand new free iPhone wallpaper download that you can use as a backdrop
